Fees – 2024

The cost of your medical is made up of the charge for the medical exam itself plus charges for tests/procedures that are required periodically, or only if medically indicated.
If the applicant has a medical condition requiring referral to a GP, specialist or to the CAA then additional fees will be incurred.

* For Class 1 applicants the cost for the haemoglobin test is included in the medical exam fee so this charge does not apply.

** Flat fee covers the referral summary, collation of reports and liaising with the authority, as required.

All charges from third parties, including from specialists providing reports/opinions, remain the responsibility of the applicant.

Our charges for the Class 1 medical examination (including mandatory periodic ECG, audiogram and lipid tests) will not exceed the British Airways limits for expenses reimbursement (revised, effective 1st November 2022). We provide invoices which breakdown the examination charge into the categories of claim stipulated in the revised British Airways expenses protocol:

We offer a range of payment options:

  • Bookings made using our online booking system can be paid for immediately by PayPal or you can also select the option to pay later by invoice
  • If you book online using the pay by invoice option, or if you book with us by phone or email, you will receive an email invoice after booking, which will include a payment button that can be settled using PayPal or most major credit/debit cards. You do not require a PayPal account to pay invoices online.
  • If you prefer, the invoice can be also settled by bank transfer or on the day by cash.
